Facilitation is the art of enabling necessary conversations. Whether for a single day or over the course of many months, we work with groups to move from where they are to where they need to go. Under the right conditions, people can connect across divides, overcome conflicts and arrive at solutions that they did not know were possible - our job is to create those conditions. We work deftly with complex, technical and sensitive topics and prepare extensively before walking into the room, designing a process to fit the goals and group dynamics. In the room, we listen deeply to both what is said and unsaid and help groups reflect on the impact of hidden dynamics and missing voices. We design for creativity, tinkering with expectations to shake loose unexpected ideas. In every conversation, we strive to ensure that all participants feel welcome and valued.
